-

MANILA, Philippines - With the present economic slowdown and looming recession, moneyed individuals should now seek investments that are primarily safe and secured from losses and diminishing value and secondarily provide a good and acceptable, even though lower return. Putting one’s money in real estate, after setting aside some for liquidity, is one of the best alternative for this investment objective. However, a lot of knowledge has to be learned before investing in real estate. Otherwise, because of the broad, diverse and changing intricacies and techniques of real estate, it could be a very sad learning experience.
