South Forbes Colleges unveiled

-

MANILA, Philippines - Last July 27, South Forbes Golf City, honored Best Golf Community Development by the CNBC International Property Awards, the world’s most prestigious property awards programme, together with Global City Innovative College (GCIC), officially started phase one of their 10-year plan to develop South Forbes City Colleges (SFCC) with a groundbreaking ceremony at the site.

The event, which began with a ritual blessing of the site led by geomancer Victor Po, was attended by GCIC chairman Ramon Garcia, Jr., SFCC director Atty. Carlos Ocampo, SFCC general manager Eric Salido, campus architect Douglas James Ramsey, and Cathay Land (CLI) president Jeffrey Ng among others.

South Forbes is the country’s largest fully-integrated and all-themed golf resort city at the forefront of the Metro Sta. Rosa - Tagaytay corridor, the center of light manufacturing industries and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) firms and a burgeoning residential and commercial city.

GCIC believes that the SFCC’s strategic location in the Metro Sta. Rosa area, where South Forbes is at the heart of, will be the next boom city.

“Back when nobody believed in the Fort Bonifacio area, we established GCIC there. Today, the place is now called Bonifacio Global City,” shared GCIC chairman Ramon Garcia, Jr.

South Forbes City Colleges, in partnership with GCIC, will have modern facilities and equipped with fiber optic connectivity to insure that the future potential applicants and enrollees will be educated and trained on an international standard.
