MANILA, Philippines - Construction of The Exchange Regency is now in full swing as the 42-storey residential tower’s structural columns and foundation, as well as the full concreting of all basement floors are completed.

“The project is now gearing up to complete the fourth floor. Improvements in the construction can be noticed on a weekly basis as additional floors are being completed,” said Jonas Senia, general manager of Nobleland Ventures, Inc.
