Seminar on marketing, leasing set

MANILA, Philippines - An ongoing postgraduate diploma program in “Building & Property Management” is being offered by the De La Salle University Professional Schools, Inc.-Graduate School of Business in cooperation with the Philippine Association of Building Administrators, Inc. (PABA).

Module 4 of the program entitled “Principles in Marketing and Leasing in Property Management” will start May 5, 2009, every Tuesdays and Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. at the 5th Floor, RCBC Plaza-De La Salle Campus corner Gil. J. Puyat and Ayala Avenue, Salcedo Village, Makati City.

MKT 502P presents a balanced mix of concepts, actual cases, best practices and practical tips in the Philippine setting. Students learn proper, modern and sufficient knowledge of marketing so students can gain market leadership and growth in their fields of work. The course will expose the students to the intricacies of leasing operations and provides the students the groundwork for ethical and socially responsible marketing.

This professional diploma program is a series of seven specialized module courses with duration of 42-hours each module. It is designed for the trade professionals of the country’s building administrators and property managers of commercial buildings, malls and shopping centers, office and residential condominiums, industrial, institutional, educational, recreational, townhouse and subdivision development projects and also for those who wish to pursue a career in the building and property management industry. Moreover, this program upon completion of other required subjects will lead to the Masters in Business Administration Major in Property Management.
