Adriatico Gardens breaks ground

-

MANILA, Philippines - Families looking for an affordable home right in the heart of the City of Manila now have a clear option, as Suntrust Properties Inc. has broken ground on its first residential condominium project, Adriatico Gardens.

Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim and Suntrust Properties chairman Andrew Tan led the ceremonies at the project site along Adriatico Street in Manila. The project is a joint venture between the City Government of Manila and Suntrust.

Adriatico Gardens is a community with three residential towers. It features all the amenities and comforts of urban living that mid-income families desire for in a high-class condominium: adult and kiddie pools, gym, commercial establishments and shopping areas within the premises. Plus, all of these comforts come at an affordable price and budget-friendly amortization terms.

The project enjoys proximity to famous landmarks such as the Bangko Sentral building, malls including Harrison Plaza, universities such as De La Salle, sports complexes and business centers. It is also close to an LRT station. Thus, residents can just take a short walk or train ride to their workplace or school.

“We thank Manila Mayor Alfredo Lim and the entire Manila local government for entrusting the development of Adriatico Gardens to us,” said Suntrust President Harrison Paltongan.

Families that are looking for affordable housing options better take note of Adriatico Gardens. Please call Suntrust at 856-7015 for more information.
