Post-grad course by PABA, DLSU

An ongoing Post Graduate Diploma Program in “Building & Property Management” is being offered by the Philippine Association of Building Administrators (PABA), in partnership with the De La Salle University Professional Schools, Inc. Ramon V. del Rosario, Sr. Graduate School of Business. Module 2 of the program entitled “Financial Management in Property Management” will start on Nov. 4, 2008 and will be held every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 9 p.m. at the 5th Floor, RCBC Plaza-De La Salle Campus corner Gil J. Puyat and Ayala Avenue, Salcedo Village, Makati City. This course presents in a simplified way the basic concepts and principles of financial management, and how these concepts and principles, including their tools and techniques, can be applied in property management. Property managers, general managers and finance managers will learn and use principles and analytical techniques used by chief financial officers in making strategic financial management decisions to ensure their companies gain competitive advantages.
