RLC tops off new mall

The much-awaited commercial center in Tacloban is one step closer to reality as representatives and executives from the commercial centers division of real estate developer, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) gather to celebrate a topping-off event for Robinsons Place Tacloban.
