Britanny's new Amore series
The only thing constant in life, wise men say, is change. With the right attitude, it provides the opportunity to evolve and improve for the better – whether one is at the beginning of building a new life or embarking on their twilight years.
Always at the forefront of innovation, maverick real property developer Brittany Corp. continues to stay ahead of its clientele – identifying its needs long before the demand arises. A proud member of the country’s largest home builder, Vista Land & Lifescapes, Inc., Brittany has unveiled the “New Amore Series of Homes” at the 24-hectare Amore enclave at Portofino. This features new kinds of model homes in response to the changing market.
“Brittany decided to come out with the new Amore series to address the changing demands of the market. Amore’s target markets are retirees and starting families. The vision for Amore was to provide the grandeur and luxury of Portofino at a price that is more practical to families or couples that don’t necessarily need the bigger homes available in the Masters Collection or Courtyards of Portofino. The homes are cozier, but the quality of the design, craftsmanship and materials are still the same,” said Brittany’s chief operations officer Mary Lee Sadiasa.
Amore of Portofino is a unique exclusive enclave inspired by the rustic Tuscan region of Italy — the birthplace of the Renaissance. It sits on prime, fertile, windswept terrain cradled by trees and can easily be accessed through three major road arteries. It is seven minutes away from the central business district of Alabang and 35 minutes from Makati.
The new Amore series offers five designs that exemplify the Italian spirit infused with the conveniences of modern living. Niccolo, Montano, Leandro, Franco and Giorgio range from 141sqm to 259sqm in total floor area. Packages range from P8.7 million to P13 million. Within this enclave is a unique feature developed by Brittany called Clusters. A Cluster is an assemblage of 4 single-detached residential units with a common treated driveway and a landscaped pocket garden. The landscape features promote a quaint, rustic and romantic ambience — providing a sense of community without sacrificing security and privacy.
“We all know that the Italians are passionate about life, family and gatherings. That’s how we came out with the initial cluster concept, something rustic and relaxed where families can gather together and just spend time with one another. For the new series, we just enhanced our initial concept with better-planned spaces,” Sadiasa explained.
