Landco Pacific’s TRIbeca Private Residences recently celebrated the completion of its first tower’s frame ahead of schedule, just 8 months after the site’s groundbreaking. The event was capped with a topping-off ceremony in which an evergreen tree was hoisted to the top of the first tower — a symbol of luck and the hope of even more good things to come for the residents of TRIbeca.

Attended by stockholders, unit owners, Landco partners and officers, the top-off celebration was testimony to Landco’s dedication to delivering its pledge of quality residences to its clients. Remarkably, the first tower is projected to be handed over to unit owners by the first quarter of 2009, a year from the starting date of construction.
