RLC expands project

-

Robinsons Land Corporation, through its Housing and Land Development Division, strengthens its position as a major project developer in Antipolo City with its new St. Bernice Estates.

The new development, an expansion of its existing San Jose Estates, will offer lots only with option for housing and townhouses.

RLC-HLDD is one of the pioneer developers in Antipolo. Perceiving the town’s enormous potential, it took the chance of developing the San Jose Estates project and, in the process, increased real estate values in the area.

The success of the first project and the growing demand it generated for more residential projects in Antipolo City prompted RLC-HLDD to expand by going into the development of St. Bernice.

Occupying a gross land area of 3.5 hectares, the new development is along the Antipolo-Teresa Highway in Brgy. San Jose, Antipolo City, right beside San Jose Estates. Future residents of this community will have easy access to basic community services as the site is only 5 minutes away from Antipolo city proper. Residents will find it convenient to go to nearby places of interests like restaurants and resorts. The place is also only 30 minutes away from Ortigas Center, making it easy for residents to go shopping in malls located in the area such as Robinsons Galleria or go to their place of work.

The mid-cost residential subdivision that will showcase contemporary architecture will offer buyers lots with option for housing and two-storey townhouses (floor area is 48 square meters). The minimum cut per lot is 120 sq.m. if lot only and 48 sq.m. if house and lot. The price per sq.m. is estimated to be around P7,000 for lots only and P1.3 million for a 2-storey townhouse.

By offering modern architectural designs and concepts, facilities and amenities, the new project is expected to perform better than its predecessor.

The new development will have a gate and guardhouse, multi-purpose court, pocket parks, children’s play area, function hall, swimming pool, and perimeter fence.

The expansion is in response to the need of many people to invest on something valuable like a piece of prime property. Mid-income and start-up families and overseas Filipino workers who want to put their hard-earned money into a worthwhile investment are expected to be interested in the new project.

OFW shares in sales are expected to be both internationally generated and domestically funded. As of mid 2007, OFWs accounted for about 41 percent of total sales of the RLC Housing and Land Development Division.

RLC has more than a decade of experience in the real estate business. It has remained the property developer of choice of many people, maintaining high standards of performance in delivering its promise to its customers.
