Oasis breaks ground

-

Four out of ten urban professionals are not doing their jobs very well, and it is not because they are lazy, nor is it because they do not like their jobs – it is just that they are suffering from too much stress.

In a global survey by Roper Starch Worldwide of 30,000 people between the ages of 13 and 65 in 30 countries, it was found out that 42% of urban professionals they feel “super-stressed,” one reason brought about by the hustle and bustle of city living.

This is why Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI), being one of the leading real-estate developers in the Philippines, conceptualized a residential community that will serve as a retreat of Filipino urbanites from the downside of stressful living in the metropolis.

“We want to offer professionals and start-up families residing in the metro a living space that will not only serve as their home, but also as their haven situated right here in the middle of the city,” says Julian Concepcion, VP/project group head of One Oasis Ortigas. True to Filinvest Land’s aim to reinvent living spaces to fit the needs of the urban Filipino lifestyle, they have put in place this residential garden community that is One Oasis.

One Oasis is a resort-inspired development with amenities that provide frazzled urbanites a peaceful retreat from the daily grind. The first 2 five-storey buildings of One Oasis which will be completed in early 2009 breaks ground within the environs of the Ortigas Business District.
