The culmination of Greenfield Development Corporation’s (GDC) pioneering vision of creating a progressive, self-sustaining hub just outside Metro Manila is emphatically sealed with the recent launch of the Pramana Residential Park.

GDC chair Jeffrey Campos led friends, dignitaries, and prospective investors at the grand unveiling ceremonies held at the Captain’s Bar of the Mandarin Oriental Manila. Celebrities Paolo Bediones and Angel Jacob hosted the star-studded spectacle, which also featured lively musical performances from Vina Morales and the showband Silk. Fine wine and champagne flowed as GDC executives and guests clinked merry glasses to celebrate Pramana’s launch.

Pramana is the first residential component of Greenfield City, GDC’s 300-hectare, masterplanned  community in Santa Rosa, Laguna that ingeniously integrates industrial, commercial and residential developments, and which has spurred unprecedented growth in the area over the last nine years.

Envisioned to be the country’s first residential park community, Pramana offers the ideal combination of suburban charm and metropolitan modernity. It covers a sprawling 80 hectares which is divided into several phases. The first phase is already fully developed and is ready for occupants, while work is underway for the next two segments.
