In preparation for another licensure examination for those aspiring to be licensed real estate brokers, URBAN Institute of Real Estate announced four schedules of its Comprehensive Real Estate Seminars (CRES) and reviews in Makati and Quezon City as follows:
The Saturday Afternoon Section will be held from 1:15 to 6:45 pm. and will be held on March 1, 8, 15, May 3, 10, and 17, at Max’s Restaurant, near the exit of Glorietta 2, Makati. The Monday Afternoon Section will be on February 25, March 3, 10, April 28, May 5 and 12, same time and venue; while the 7-session Tuesday Evening Section will be on February 26, March 4, 11, April 22, 29, May 6 and 13, 6:00 to 10:00 pm, also at the same venue in Makati. The Thursday Afternoon Section will be held at Max’s Restaurant in Gateway Mall, Araneta Center, Cubao, Quezon City on February 28, March 6, 13, May 1, 8, and 15, the same time slot of 1:15 to 6:45 pm.
Engr. Enrico Cruz, 1st and 8th placer in the real estate appraisers and brokers board examination respectively, and son Atty. Rex Enrico V. Cruz III, the same team that produced 11 topnotchers and the highest 86 passing percentage in the May 2007 broker’s licensure exam are again lined up to lecture on the subjects officially prescribed by the Department of Trade and Industry.
URBAN also announced that updated copies of “Comprehensive Notes and Reviewer For Real Estate Broker’s Examination’ and “Mastering the Real Estate Broker’s Exam” are now available for distribution to aspiring examinees. The two best selling real estate books contains all the board exam topics with more than 200 past board questions and answers sorted according to board subject required by DTI. This reviewer will also be a handy reference for real estate developers, practitioners and property owners.
