After only six months under construction, Bay Garden’s Palawan Tower is already into the last stage of structural works.
In a topping-off ceremony held recently, Federal Land officers and technical consultants celebrated the almost 50 percent completion of Palawan Tower, the fifth residential tower to rise in the exclusive Bay Garden community.
Developed and designed by a team of renowned technical experts led by construction management firm I. A. Campbell & Associates and architectural firm GGG & Partners, Palawan Tower boasts of superior design and first-class features that suit Bay Garden’s promise of a resort-inspired lifestyle.
Like the first four tower ahead of it, Palawan Tower awaits would-be residents with first-class amenities such as free-form outdoor swimming pool, children’s wading pool, outdoor playground, twelve poolside gazebos, mini putting green, jogging path, barbeque area, steam room, alfresco lounge, viewing/observation area, and steam room – to name a few. Residents would also enjoy a rare view of the stunning Manila Bay, which beckons from each of the units’ own lanai or balcony.
Palawan Tower’s rich spaces, elegant design, and plush ambiance give you a refreshing escape from the city flurry, even as it keeps the urban way of life conveniently within reach with its accessible location near the Blue Wave commercial center, the Mall of Asia, the Manila Doctors’ College, the Shrine of Jesus Church, Malate district, and the Makati CBD.
