Greenbelt Chancellor substantially sold out

Months before the start of its actual construction, the 33-storey Greenbelt Chancellor is already substantially sold as buyers scramble to ensure that they will be getting units in the first fully-furnished condominium in the classy Greenbelt area in Makati City.

Greenbelt Chancellor signals the return of top property developer Megaworld Corp. to stand-alone developments in the area by allotting P1 billion for its construction that is slated to begin in the fourth quarter of the year.

“The fast pre-selling rate that we are experiencing for Greenbelt Chancellor means that Megaworld has again found a new niche in property development, which is to offer fully-furnished condominium units as a form of enticement to the market,” said Clifford Legaspi, Megaworld Corp. assistant vice president for sales and project head for Greenbelt Chancellor.

 Among the appliances and furniture that buyers will expect to see inside the 328 units of the Greenbelt Chancellor at no added cost are a Sony Home Theater System, sofa, dining set, bed frame with mattress, entertainment cabinetry, accent chair, bedroom closet and kitchen set.

The target market for the Greenbelt Chancellor includes entrepreneurs, doctors due to its proximity to the Makati Medical Center, and foreign-based Filipino professionals. The units are scheduled for delivery in October 2010.

Unit prices range from P3 million for the 36-square meter studio-type to P13.4 million for the three-bedrom penthouse unit.

 Legaspi said the units are available for as low as P12,000 per month, 60 months to pay and no downpayment.
