Building, property course set

An ongoing Post Graduate Diploma Program in “Building & Property Management” is being offered by the De La Salle University Professional Schools, Inc.-Graduate School of Business in cooperation with the Philippine Association of Building Administrators, Inc. (PABA). Module 4 of the program entitled “Maintenance and Engineering Operations Management” will be scheduled starting August 31 and held every Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6 to 9 p.m. at the 5th floor, RCBC Plaza-De La Salle Campus corner Gil J. Puyat and Ayala Avenue, Salcedo Village, Makati City.

This professional diploma program is a series of seven specialized module courses with duration of 42-hours each module. It is designed for the trade professionals of the country’s building administrators and property managers of commercial buildings, malls and shopping centers, office and residential condominiums, industrial, institutional, educational, recreational, townhouse and subdivision development projects and also for those who wish to pursue a career in the building and property management industry. Moreover, this program upon completion of other required subjects will lead to the Masters in Business Administration Major in Property Management.

Each participant earns the DLSUPSI-GSB Diploma upon completion of the seven module courses and become an alumnus of De La Salle University Professional Schools, Inc.-Graduate School of Business.

The module courses are facilitated by Professors of the Philippines’ top practitioners, qualified and experienced trade professionals who have the specialization in every facet of the building and property management industry.
