February 2, 2007 | 12:00am
A new Petron service station will see the motoring needs of homeowners of Laguna BelAir, Empire East Land Holdings, Inc.s most successful community south of Manila.
Petron Corporation, the largest oil refining and marketing company in the Philippines, is fast-tracking work on a 2,000-square-meter gas station at Laguna BelAir 2 along the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay National Highway. The facility, scheduled for completion by the first quarter of 2007, will offer gasoline, diesel and kerosene products as well as a variety of automative and technical services to customers.
The Petron gas station is the latest addition to a row of commercial establishments that cater to residents of Laguna BelAir and other neighboring areas. Already doing brisk business along the national highway are a McDonalds branch, a Goodyear Servitek tire retail outlet and a 7-11 convenience store.
Meanwhile, catering to childrens preparatory education needs are the Princeton and Seven Pillars day care centers, both set along Laguna BelAir 2s Rodeo Drive, which will soon host the main commercial strip of the entire community.
On top of these modern conveniences, Laguna BelAir also hosts an array of lifestyle amenities. The Mother of Perpetual Help Parish Church and the Laguna BelAir School, one of the top math-and-science learning institutions in the CALABARZON, are both located near the entrance of Laguna BelAir.
First-rate play amenities are likewise accessible from the residences. There is a fully functional clubhouse with a badminton court and gym, a swimming pool, basketball-tennis-volleyball courts and a childrens playground.
Laguna BelAir connects to an efficient road network that takes residents to key destinations in Metro Manila. Makati and Alabang can be reached easily via the South Luzon Expressway and Metro Manila Skyway. Also a short drive away are the workplaces of Laguna Technopark, Carmelray Industrial Park and the Light Industry and Science Park as well as the manufacturing plants of Proctor and Gamble, Coca-cola and Fujitsu.
For those interested in the convenience Laguna Belair offers, call the Empire East hotline at 8103333 or 0917-52EELHI (0917-5233544).
