Location influences Avida buyers

The allure of Avida’s condominium units in in-city locations, which have enjoyed brisk take-up rates, is its easy access to commercial business districts and public transportation, schools, malls, churches, and hospitals. Thus, in place of more spacious single-detached homes in the outskirt of the metropolis, Avida Towers condominium unit buyers have resoundingly indicated that they prefer tower developments near their places of work that save them hours of commute time.

"Having been exposed to quality property developments abroad, the migrant workers buy their condo units in Avida Land’s developments because of Avida’s affinity with the Ayala brand name, good location, high quality of products, property management and secured premises," notes Mante.

Mante discloses that when all the five towers are built, future residents will appreciate as well the commercial spaces to be incorporated in Towers 4 and 5 for beauty salons, laundromats, convenience stores and banks.
