Rockwell at Sta. Elena unveiled

Rockwell Land Cop. (Rockwell) recently signed a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with Sta. Elena Properties, Inc. to develop the prime land within the prestigious 260-hectares Sta. Elena golf course community in Sta. Rosa. Laguna.

The new township development is Rockwell’s first of many projects lined up, as it breaks out of its 15-hectare pioneering project in Makati, known as Rockwell Center.

"Rockwell at Sta. Elena is synergy at work," said Rockwell president Tong Padilla.

He added, "The proponents of Sta. Elena have successfully positioned the development as the country’s premiere golf and residential community and continue to retain its brand franchise. The Rockwell brand, on the other hand, is known for creating prime residential spaces situated in a private, secure and complete inner-city community."

Together, the joint venture partners are embarking on improving the master plan of Sta. Elena into an integrated residential golf and leisure community that enhances the beauty of the property’s rolling terrain, rivers and lakes, lush greeneries and its natural environment.

The development of Rockwell at Sta. Elena will happen in two (2) major phases and will embrace the golf landscape of the entire property. There will be villages that will offer residential lots and housing options that include detached houses, villa clusters and walk-up apartments supported by a world-class country-club and a sprawling retail town center.

Rockwell estimates it would take three and six years, respectively, for project development.
