Living amidst nature’s bounty at Woodland

The natural foliage that surround Ayala Greenfield Estates further enhances that sense of being enveloped by nature’s beauty. "The residents love the natural setting, which is enhanced by the fact that the village is located right beside Mt. Makiling, which is a forest reserve," related Tanco.

The sprawling 350-hectare community has been divided into five different phases, each with different characters and features. "We took advantage of the rolling terrain and high elevation to maximize views, and because the phases have different orientations, the views can differ in each phase," shared Tanco.

The Woodland Trails, for example, offers a view quite unlike anyone can have in other areas of Ayala Greenfield Estates. Because it is located right beside the 15-hectare Nature Park, this newest phase provides residents with majestic vistas of the lush woodlands. "Again, because of the sloping terrain and the high elevation, Woodland Trails overlooks the Nature Park and also offers a grand view of the other natural wonders here," said Tanco. "They even have a spectacular view of the Metro Manila cityscape." A large portion of this phase is also allocated for forest parks, which will ring the perimeter of Woodland Trails.

Because Ayala Greenfield Estates showcases the grandeur of nature, Ayala Land Premier made sure that all the amenities in the residential community complemented the natural setting of the place. "All the amenities provide a variety of recreational activities geared towards family bonding and relaxation. For us, there is no better way to relax and unwind than communing with nature," Tanco shared.

The Nature Park, for one, was developed as an exciting place where residents and their families can have picnics, go camping, fishing, biking or kite flying, or just enjoy a leisurely stroll. Because of its proximity to the park, Woodland Trails was designed to have expansive tree-lined hiking trails that meander through that lush landscape.

The trails at the new phase are also wide enough to accommodate golf carts that would make their way to and from Ayala Greenfield Estates’ championship golf course, designed by world-renowned golf course architect Robert Trent Jones. The 18-hole, par 72, all-weather course is right beside the Ayala Greenfield Golf and Leisure Club, which houses the Verandah dining hall and will soon feature amenities like a swimming pool, billiard halls and badminton courts, and a spa and wellness center.

The Ayala Greenfield Estates Village Clubhouse is part of the Nature Park, and features a social hall for events and functions, swimming pool, covered courts for basketball, tennis and badminton, a fitness gym, game room and a coffee shop. "It also has lockers and shower facilities complete with massage rooms and steam bath amenities," added Tanco.

Ayala Greenfield Estates is also developing another exciting destination within the Nature Park. "The Riparian Grove will provide more camping grounds and hiking trails in a true forest setting because the area is full of mature and large trees," said Tanco. "There will also be an amphitheater, rest stations and view decks under the canopy shade of forest trees."

Despite being the newest phase launched, Woodland Trails has since become one of the most in-demand areas in Ayala Greenfield Estates. "We initially offered 43 lots — all prime because of the high elevation and good views," shared Tanco. "On the first day alone, about half of those lots were sold."
