Living the high life at the center of it all this is the promise of The Residences at Greenbelt. Since it was first launched in 2003. The Residences at Greenbelt has become one of the most coveted addresses in the city, offering the ultimate in high-rise living.
To further underscore the kind of life one can experience at The Residences at Greenbelt, Ayala Land Premier is set to open the doors of its new showroom re-designed to provide more than just a glimpse of the premium Greenbelt lifestyle.
"Many people still think of Greenbelt as a shopping or entertainment destination, but its so much more than that," says Kate Ilagan, assistant vice president, head of Residential Buildings. "So we wanted our showroom to show not just the many conveniences that come with living in Greenbelt, but also showcase the people whose lives are enriched by living at The Residences at Greenbelt."
The new showroom also serves to distinguish Ayala Land Premier as the top real estate development group for the high-end market. "We needed to establish a look that sets Ayala Land Premier apart from other Ayala Land projects, since we cater tot he affluent market," shares Ilagan. "Since our clients are people who have "made it," so to speak, we want to set the tone in terms of what they can expect from an Ayala Land Premier development. Thus we didnt just want to present model units but offer an innovative showroom that provides a singular, albeit personal experience for our clients."
To create this new experience for showroom visitors; Ayala Land Premier has tapped design firm B&C Design, to come up with a showroom experience that unifies the many facets of the Greenbelt lifestyles. B+C Design is a small team of young, dynamic professionals in the Graphic and Communcation industry with training and experience both locally and abroad. Though B+C Design has been in the industry for nine years, they have developed a wide and varied clientele due to their progressive attitude and their flexibility in conceptualizing solutions to each of their particular clients marketing, branding and communications objectives.
"We wanted to show how, being in the center of it all, peoples lives are connected, and whether its an upwardly mobile bachelor, newlyweds, young parents or grandparents, all these lives interested here at The Residences at Greenbelt," says Baby Imperial, managing director of B&C Design, Inc. "We also wanted to show how the residents lives are diverse, yet fluid and well-centered," she adds.
These elements resulted in a very sleek and contemporary design that truly highlights the richness of the Greenbelt lifestyle. Upon entering the showroom, the eye are immediately drawn to the curved walls dominated by huge photo panels that tell the story of the residents lives in and around The Residences at Greenbelt. Weaving through the fluid, uncluttered space one can immediately sense of feeling of continuity, with the panels depicting how life is enriched with their proximity to the Greenbelt Lifestyle Center and the Makati Central Business District.
"We really wanted the space to flow seamlessly once you enter the showroom, from the reception to the next sequence areas," said Denise de Castro, architect consultant for the project. "Removing many corners also allows ease of movement, which reflects the ideals of The Residences at Greenbelt," she adds.
The total concept also calls for the integration of the interior architecture with the graphics. "We want the interiors to reinforce the message of the project, which is all about the interesting lives of people at The Residences," shares de Castro. "This is why the graphics are part of the interior architecture, to again illustrate the concept of interesting lifestyles."
The photo panels play a major role in the over-all concept of the showroom, done in the photo-journalism style of documenting a day in the life of the various types of people living in The Residences at Greenbelt. "Weve created a narrative to again accentuate the concept that everything here is connected, everything is accessible," says Imperial. "We want visitors to be drawn to the stories, identify with the people in the photos and feel what its like to live in this environment."
