Catching the San Francisco fever

The Duetto, a four-level structure, has two back-to-back units to ensure the homeowners’ privacy. The lower ground floor serves as the utility area where the maid’s room, extra storage area, and the garage are located. In the new Victorianne area, the new set of Quadrilles may all have an attic, while those in the first development only feature two attics.

And while the first Victorianne was very-well configured to maximize every last square inch of the property, an attic, which means having an extra room, will always be a welcome addition," added Serrano. The Quadrille, which occupies a lot area of 70sqm to 75sqm has a floor area of about 120sqm — often a surprise to most clients since it shows how well-utilized the available space is. The addition of the attic would mean having a floor area of more than 150sqm to work with.
