According to Jun Bisnar, head for commercial operations of Fort Bonifacio Development Corp., office locators at the emerging business district highly appreciate the fact that BGCs location allows them easy access to Makati and the other business districts in Metro Manila. "Accessibility to other businesses and customers is a key consideration for executives," he notes.
Bonifacio Global City, located in the progressive city of Taguig, is just a short drive from Makati offices through Kalayaan Avenue. It is also very accessible from Southern Metro Manila through the South Luzon Expressway and C-5. From the Ortigas business district, access to the Bonifacio Global City is through either EDSA or C-5.
Net3 is expected to be completed by August 2007. In the meantime, more office spaces will come onstream before end of 2006 with the completion of the retail and office promenade located at the heart of the City Center. The offices will be located directly above the retail establishments of the 500-meter long and 40-meter wide retail promenade.
As the development momentum picks up in Bonifacio Global City with projects like Net3 and other offices in the drawing board, interest from business entities and developers in the Bonifacio Global City are likely to further increase. According to Bisnar, new developments have been increasing steadily since the Ayala-Campos group took over development of the area in 2003.
