Ayala Land has built a sterling reputation with the high-end sector and which the Ayala Land Premier brand continues to uphold. But it has expanded beyond this very discerning high-end market with two subsidiaries that take care of home requirements of other distinct sectors. These are Community Innovations Inc (CI) and Avida Land (Avida) which cater respectively to the young urban up and coming professionals and those who work hard and aspire for quality affordable living wherein security and function are prized.

Thinking ahead for a wide range of sectors may seem to be a gargantuan task but Ayala Land embraces it with finesse, having developed highly complex properties way ahead of the rest.

Now to build for the sectors that want affordability, one does not get it right if he’d think that all that the pertinent Ayala Land subsidiary has to do is to downsize grandeur and downscale quality to be a player of refute in this market.

Ayala Land brings its concern for the long-term use and value proposition more conscientiously to the "invisibles" of property development, and this cuts across all sectors. These include efficient water, drainage and sewer systems, good-sized and well-built road networks, quality building materials.
