Celadon Residences for ‘good chi’

Community Innovations (CI) sought the expertise of the feng shui master to guide the development and layout of Celadon Residences San Lazaro, the first masterplanned community in the city of Manila. Master Chao also points out that the history of the current location of Celadon Residences is auspicious. "This was once the site of the historical San Lazaro Hippodrome. Horse racing is an exciting activity and this is good for the chi. People will have good feeling," he relates.

Feng shui explains that rooms with insufficient light or too much clutter can influence negative chi flow.
