ALHI sells 40% of units

Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. (ALHI), project developer of posh residential condominium Mayfair Tower along UN Avenue, Manila, reported a significant increase in sales since it started pre-selling units three months ago. Records show sales peaked to 40 percent in just three months, even before the foundation for the tower was completed first week of March.

ALHI contracted the services of Summa Kumagai, Inc. (SKI), a large-scale civil and architectural engineering company, to execute the structural and architectural construction for the Mayfair Tower. The project will be completed in 24 months.

ALHI’s first project – the Lee Tower in Binondo, Manila – was finished on time and is due for turnover to owners 2nd quarter of the year. ALHI is also scheduled to start Mandarin Square, the company’s second project in Binondo and its third in the Philippines.

"The new sales output were just based on new contracts we closed for the past three months when we started pre-selling. The figures do not yet include those we made last year. We are happy that our clients saw the value of investing their money in our projects, and we’re all bent on delivering our promise to them on time, just as they expected," ALHI president Steve Li said.
