Marquinton Residences, Marikinas much awaited premier condominium development, recently celebrated the Barcelona Tower topping off ceremony marking its early completion in just six months of construction. "This is an important milestone for Federal Land as it stands as another testament to the companys solid commitment to efficient construction and timely delivery of structures," Federal Land FVP for sales, Ramon Aldaba said.
Barcelona Tower is the first among the cluster of mid-rise residential-commercial condominiums rising in the 20-hectare master-planned community. It is expected to be turned over to unit owners in the last quarter of 2006.
Federal Land, property arm of the Metrobank Group of companies, has a track record of quality projects built on time and on specification. Fully committed to deliver only the best to its customers, Federal Lands acclaimed portfolio has earned the company a well-deserved reputation for excellence gaining the trust of their clients and respect of the industry.
Construction of Alicante Tower, the second tower of Marquinton Residences, is also proceeding as planned. It held its first concrete-pouring last December 2005, one month ahead of the original schedule.
Envisioned to be a self-contained township, Marquinton Residences provides homeowners with a complete and nurturing community. It makes available a host of social, recreational and health facilities: a resort-type swimming pool, clubhouse, multi-purpose function room, outdoor childrens playground, gym, basketball and tennis courts, courtyard garden and pond, picnic area, and bicycle lanes. Just a jog away is the Blue Wave Mall a commercial center featuring four top grade cinemas, superb dining options, performing venues, and a myriad of retailers. Marquintons close proximity to first-rate medical facilities, banks, schools, and public transport guarantees its residents that their needs are a stones throw away.
