Urban Institute of Real Estate announced that the updated copies of "Comprehensive Notes and Reviewer For Real Estate Brokers Examination" prepared by Engr. Enrico Cruz and Atty. Rex Enrico Cruz III are now available for distribution to aspiring examinees who will be taking up the real estate brokers board examination this May.
Designed to support prospective examinees, the more than 280-page reviewer contains all the board exam topics with more than 200 past board questions and answers sorted according to board subject required by DTI. The authors also presented answers and solutions to the past board examinations and mathematical solutions to Real Estate Taxation and Problem Solving which is 30 percent of the board examination. In addition, 10 sample documents were prepared in laymans term for easy understanding. This reviewer will also be a handy reference for real estate developers, practitioners and property owners.
Urban also announced the schedule of its Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar (CRES) and review as follows:
Tuesday section will be on March 28, April 4, 18, 25, May 2 and 9 from 1:15 to 6:45 p.m. at Maxs Restaurant, Glorietta 2, Makati. The Saturday section will be at the same time and venue and will be held on April 1, 8, 22, 29, May 6 and 13 while the Thursday section will be held at Maxs Restaurant at Gateway Mall, Araneta Center, Cubao, QC from 1:15 to 6:45 p.m. on March 30, April 6, 20, 27, May 4 and 11.
Experts and authorities in their respective fields led by land laws specialist Atty. Dennis Tablizo, taxation expert Atty. Catherine Manahan, director for Tax Services of Joaquin Cunanan & Co.; and Engr. Enrico Cruz, first and eighth placer in the real estate appraisers and brokers board examination respectively, are lined up to lecture on the subjects officially prescribed by the Department of Trade and Industry.
Meanwhile, properties-in-distress offers of lot of opportunities to real estate investors not only in terms of good profit but also the opportunity of saving the owners credit standing and remaining equity in the property. In addition, the good image of the neighborhood is restored after rehabilitating dilapidated properties.
