Promo focuses on the Filipino dream

Like most other Filipinos, OFWs and professionals who go abroad are motivated by one dream: To buy and own a home when they return.
The observation ties in with a recent study of Asians in developing countries. Fifty-nine per cent identifed owning a home as the second most cherished desire, second only to good health. The study noted that having a place to call ones own eclipsed financial security, a happy marriage and even a college education. Surprisingly, the latter landed only in the 14th slot.
"To many Filipinos, a home represents security and is usually their single biggest investment," notes Dinna Bayangos, president of Laguna Properties Holdings, a subsidiary of Ayala Land. It is only 15 minutes from the Ayala-developed community in Muntinlupa. The two Sta. Catalina Village houses and lots have a combined value of P4.3 million. The homes will be given away inclusive of taxes, fees and legal documentation.
"The winners of these LPHI homes will enjoy a double bonus. Theyll get free a free house and lot. Moreover, the homes are in LPHI communities where they can be sure their investment will be secure," Raquel S. Cruz, project manager points out. LPHI homes make use of European building systems that ensure consistent quality.
