'Linis Paligid' at Laguna Belair

The homeowners of Laguna BelAir 1 and 2 have joined hands with leading township developer Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. for the community's Clean and Green project dubbed "Linis Paligid."
Spearheaded by Jun Magpantay, a member of the Laguna BelAir Homeowners, "Linis Paligid" encourages residents to keep the community clean while fostering camaraderie. The activity kicked off at 7:00 a.m. on July 30, Saturday, at the clubhouse in Laguna BelAir 1. For the next three consecutive Saturdays, "Linis Paligid" will be held from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Empire East employees, together with 20 members of Laguna BelAir's Project Management and Development team, will join the residents as they conduct cleanup operations throughout the community. The members of Laguna BelAir Homeowners will provide refreshments for the participants.
Laguna BelAir, Empire East's flagship project, is the most successful township south of Manila. Well into its fourth phase, it is home to about 2,360 families and counting. "Linis Paligid" is a combined effort of Laguna BelAir residents and Empire East to help maintain the community as a first-choice suburban address.
Laguna BelAir features an impressive array of play and leisure amenities including a clubhouse with a badminton court and gym, a swimming pool, basketball-tennis-volleyball courts and a children's playground. Within easy reach are the Laguna BelAir School and Our Mother of Perpetual Help Parish Church, both located inside the Laguna BelAir community.
