Unique farm resort service at La Finca
August 12, 2005 | 12:00am
The unique farm and country resort La Finca continues to grow as a community that urbanite lot owners and residents can escape to, and be part of whenever city life becomes too demanding. The 18-hectare, Lipa-based development constantly combines a balance of serenity and rejuvenation as its atmosphere is conducive to urban living in a suburban setting.
La Finca is fast becoming known for its farming services as well, a feature that allows lot owners the opportunity to grow and make money from crops on their property should they decide not to build a house immediately. But those who have homes built on them can expect service that can make living at La Finca even more worthwhile, according to sales and marketing director Lisette Baltazar.
When your house is built already, our people can help out lot owners with their house-cleaning chores for a small fee. They call us in advance and they entrust us with their keys. Its really a well-tended community. Those who want to stay over the weekend or stay overnight at their properties are assisted on their needs. They need not bring their household helps with them. Our people here are at their beck and call. We also launched the Country Club a year ago. It is for the exclusive use of the lot owners and their families. The service that comes along with it is exceptional."
Vice president for operations Ferdinand Mariano adds: "If homeowners have gatherings or parties, we have staffers who can help prepare them. We lend portable mini-gazebos and chairs. We can even help prepare their food for them, if they want."
He stresses that La Finca continuously develops and enhances facilities for the diverse community members requirements. "To complete our amenity areas, we have plans of putting up a spa and massage comer. Were going to build a chapel for Sunday services, as well as a playground for the kids. These will cater to the homeowners needs and enhance the development further. The homeowners are also already happy with the results, especially the pool and club house."
Mariano expects more enthusiastic residents to live in the distinct La Finca neighborhood. "Compared to other farm country resort developments, our is spacious and looks more attractive. Others scrimp on space for their amenities, but we give everything out for the residents and lot owners. It is a total weekend get-away. La Finca is a high-end development and the services that our lot owners expect should be exceptional and so far, they have been happy and satisfied."
