Various design details were employed to ensure an inviting and comfortable atmosphere including a steeply-pitched, gable roof with varying roof lines. The dark-stained wood trims provide contrast to the stucco walls in varying colors to brighten the rooms. The ceramic tiles and natural stone on the porch and balcony with stained wood finish and hand-carved patterns on the railing complete the look.

With a total floor area of 166 sq. m., a unit at the Quadrilles is a three-bedroom masterpiece featuring a master’s bedroom with walk-in closet and toilet with bath, two smaller bedrooms, attic space, porch and balcony, maid’s room with toilet and bath, utility area, a parking slot, and an open parking area.

For those who wish to create a home in accordance with their personal style, custom houses are also accommodated in the property. Individual lots are available ranging from 450 sq. m to 1,000 sq. m.

The Grand Quartier, on the other hand, explores the concept of large living spaces on a low-rise development. While it adheres to the Swiss theme, the Grand Quartier offers this on a more intimate scale with only 30 units of one and two bedrooms. The floor area ranges from 74 sqm to 109 sqm.
