Sonera sets open house on July 31
July 29, 2005 | 12:00am
Prospective homeowners are invited to experience the child- and family-friendly atmosphere of Sonera, the latest phase of Ayala Southvale Village, at an open house on Sunday, July 31.
The open house from 9 a.m. up to 4 p.m. will be held right in the subdivision which is a few minutes drive away from the Alabang Town Center. A portion of the "fenceless and free" community will be transformed into a playground with special play equipment, bikes, toys, games and acts from clowns and magicians. Holy Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m.
Launched in March 2005, the Sonera concept has been enthusiastically received by the market because of the subdivisions convenient location adjacent to the Ayala Alabang community as well as its unique design.
Homes within this Ayala Land, Inc. development will have fence set-backs of five meters. This provides more green space and a more expansive and comfortable feel. Drawing from a long heritage in subdivision design, Ayala Land planners note that without the solid walls that usually surround their homes, homeowners have more opportunities to interact with neighbors and children are encouraged to play with one another.
Those interested in visiting Sonera on July 31 may call 841-5520 or 759-4225. Sonera is accessible from Southvale Drive along Daang Hari Road, which interesects with Commerce Avenue and the Alabang-Zapote Road.
The end result is a "community that exudes warmth and friendship," according to a study.
Ties among neighbors will further be reinforced by a spacious Village Green where both adults and youngsters can gather. It includes a social hall and meeting places for adults as well as students doing school projects or enjoying band practice. The centerpiece of the community also includes areas for active play with a swimming pool, and play equipment integrated into the landscape, an adventure path, among other facilities.
Soneras open atmosphere will be complemented by state-of-the-art security equipment. Computer-automated security systems will monitor and control the flow of vehicles and visitors going in and out of the village while the sensitive areas of the community will be protected by infrared sensors and surveillance cameras.
The community has been designed to have an "exhilarating sense of openness." Families are free "to have the entire village as a home," note planners. At the same time, homeowners safety and peace of mind will be ensured by pro-active security systems.
