This was underscored by national president Jaime Cura and EVP Rosemarie Basa of CREBA. Basa is the Expo chairperson.
All kinds of real estate property will be presented to the public. House-and-lot packages, medium-rise and high-rise condominium socialized, low-cost, medium, upscale commercial development, vacation and retirement communities and leisure resorts, and even memorial parks. For homeowners after household and garden wares, an "Agora" of booths bursting with variety of items awaits them.
For both buyers and owners, the Expo can be a learning experience. For each Expo day, free forums are scheduled on such topics as how to apply for Pag-IBIG Fund membership and housing loans and to restructure delinquent loans; home improvements, interior design, including color schemes, furniture arrangements, even feng shui, and pointers on well-planned and functional homes, landscaping and gardening, even without soil.
Other topics: detecting fake land titles, documenting titles, land sales and transfers and replacing lost, damaged and defective titles, house design and layout, how to compute cost of labor and materials in house construction; real estate taxation, land valuation and appraisal, and how to avail of housing loans with banks. Visitors interested in engaging in real estate selling, will get tips on how to become licensed real estate brokers, and even how to take advantage of opportunities in the international market.
"With all this available valuable information and all the dazzling real estate exhibits," Cura and Basa said, "most everybody has every good reason to drop by and even stay long at the CREBA Expo 2005."
