The Creba Expo 2005 with the theme "Our World under One Roof is especially about buying, building, improving and beautifying one’s home.

Set on July 27-30 at the World Trade Center in Pasay City, the Expo will not only exhibit real estate property for home buyers out for affordable houses and best financing schemes, but also offer experts’ tips to homeowners on home beautification, improvements, even feng shui for peace of mind, plus tiangge on housewares and home decors.

Rosemarie C. Basa, Expo chairperson, said expo visitors may ask for advice at designated booths on such topics as interior design, including color schemes, furniture arrangements and pointers on well-planned and functional homes, gardening and landscaping. And many other topics.

Do you love to plant but don’t have the space for it? Or want to plant but not willing to touch the soil? Hydroponics experts will give you the answers. Right at the Expo, said Basa.

How to apply for housing loans with the Pag-IBIG Fund or banks? Their representatives will be on hand to tell you the specific steps and requirements. Did you know that even if you apply for Pag-IBIG Fund membership only now, you can avail of a housing loan?

Delinquent in paying your housing loans with Pag-IBIG Fund? It has a current amnesty program to help you update your delinquency and thus save through discounts and waiver on penalties and other charges.

How to detect a fake land title? Representatives of the registries of deeds will help you check the authenticity and correctness of your land titles. Know the common errors and the possible legal problems of fake titles.
