Turnover of Megaworldís Greenbelt Radissons under way

Property giant Megaworld Corporation is turning over the eighth to 19th levels of Greenbelt Radissons, now 99.2 percent complete. The buildingís basement and podium levels, faÁade and lobby have been substantially completed, together with window, painting and elevator works. Interior finishing, testing of electro-mechanical equipment and punchlisting works are under way. Work on the swimming pool, as well as hardscaping, is complete. The 31-story residential tower, situated near Greenbeltís shopping and leisure centers, offers a choice of executive studios and two-bedroom homes plus a swimming pool, mini-gym, multipurpose function room and provision for a laundromat.
