Portofino presents new masterpiece
April 22, 2005 | 12:00am
Real estate maverick Brittany Corporation adds another masterpiece to its celebrated upscale master-planned community Portofino Courtyards. This multi-phase development project inspired by the lovely seaport town in southern Italy presents the splendor of Raphael.
Italian-inspired Raphael is the second of the new model homes lining the posh community of Portofino. It is a Mediterranean-style house with a floor area of 249 sq.m. on a minimum lot area of 300 sq.m It has a beckoning that opens to a lush garden, and a courtyard positioned at one side. The Raphael also has a third level which can be converted to a family room or a guest room.
It has four bedrooms with individual toilets and baths, ideal for big families. Aside from these, the Raphael also has a balcony allowing an unhampered view of the garden and a two-car garage with an automated door. Both enclaves have an auxiliary kitchen, a utility area, and maids quarters with its own toilet and bath.
Building on the success of PortofinoHeights, wherein all lots were sold out in less than a year, Brittany now offers a limited number of Courtyard residences at Portofino
The Courtyard homes are a unique application of the "courtyard-within-a-courtyard" concept, a design which is exclusive to Brittany. Brittanys concept of the courtyard is all about bringing the outdoors in
On Sunday, April 29, Brittany will launch the second of the new model homes, the Raphael. The program will start at 9 a.m. with a mass, which will be followed by house warming, cocktails and a string quartet.
Named after the famous Italian artist, Raphael appeals to families with sophisticated taste.
W.V. Coscolluela designed its interiors with Italys quaint magnificence, while the architecture and design of Recio+Casas localizes the timeless splendor of Italy.
The Courtyard homes are located just a few minutes from Alabangs business center, along the Las Piñas-Muntinlupa-Laguna-Cavite Link Road. The Courtyard homes range from P9 to P 15 million for house and lot packages.
Preview of the courtyard models may be arranged by calling tel. nos. 850-6986, 850-2868 and 850-3084.
