Where in the suburbs of Metro Manila, considering conveniences, facilities and environment, may one live like, even a lot of better than, in the metropolis?

Out there along A. Mabini Highways in Burgos, Rodriguez (formerly Montalban), Rizal, a new residential subdivision called Birmingham Meadows is fast rising. The locale does sound far and unfamiliar, but the serene environment and the available facilities and conveniences nearby will make one’s home worth living in.

Two-story house and lot units, townhouses and home lots are being offered by owner-developer Homeowners Development Corp. for middle-income families. Northampton model of 74 sq.m. floor, 120 sq.m. lot area, three bedrooms, two toilet-bathrooms, and carport. Southhampton model with two bedrooms and two toilet-bathrooms. Coventry and Dover townhouse units of 50 sq.m. floor, 55 to 63 sq.m. lot, two bedrooms and bathrooms. All houses are fitted with room and kitchen cabinets, imported tiles for al floors and bathroom finishes, pre-painted long span roofing, painted steel casement windows, using steel bars, reinforced columns and beams and flooring for structural stability and finish.

The new community is accessible to Quezon City via the Batasan bridge connecting Batasan complex from Quezon City to San Mateo and Rodriguez towns. Another route is through the Marikina and San Mateo highways. It is covered by 24-hour transport services to and from Manila, Quezon City, Makati and adjoining cities and towns, and some 45-minutes drive to EDSA-Ortigas Ave., Cubao and EDSA crossing on Shaw Blvd. where the big shopping malls are Right in Rodriguez, PLDT, Digitel and PT&T facilities are available.
