The Active Group, one of the countrys leading real estate developers, recently announced updates in the development of its various projects in Laguna, Cavite, Rizal and Batangas. This is in line with the companys vision to deliver a quality of life that goes beyond shelter for the Filipino family.
Ideally located in close proximity to the techno parks of Biñan, Laguna, Phase 1 of the affordably-priced San Antonio South will have its road fully concretized by the end of March, while road tracing and site grading for Phase 2 is already in full swing. The elevated water tank will also see completion at the same time, assuring steady water supply. Likewise, the finishing touches to the communitys multipurpose hall and basketball court will also be completed by the end of March.
The environment-friendly university community of Town & Country Dasmariñas already boasts of a host of amenities such as swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court, childrens playground and a chapel for the total enjoyment of its residents. By the end of March, the main road connecting Phase 1 to Phase 2 will be completed, creating accessible twin communities that can accommodate more residents.
In Town & Country Heights along the breezy hills of Antipolo, the laying down of drainage lines in Phase 3 has already been completed, while construction on the multipurpose shell and basketball court have begun and are targeted for completion by April 2005. At the same time, 50 percent of the concrete pavement, curbs and gutters, manholes and water distribution lines would have been laid by the end of April 2005.
Over at the Monticello Wooded Estates in Malvar, Batangas, concreting is going full blast in the construction of the communitys road system. Seventy percent of drainage crosses and 12 percent of drainage laterals have likewise been laid. To fufill its vision of creating a community amidst lush woodland, 80 percent of the total tree count has already been planted. Indeed the future bodes an econo-friendly environment for the privileged investors of Monticello Wooded Estates.
In nearby Lipa, Batangas, Phase II lots within the upscale Mount Malarayat Residential Estates are briskly selling. Described as Lipas best-kept secret, the Residential Estates are located within the world-class Mount Malarayat Golf & Country Club with its existing award-winning championship all-weather 27-hole golf course and its family-friendly swimming pool complex, fishing lake, and sports facilities for basketball, tennis, badminton and more.
