The building will be set on a floating structural foundation, based on a freestanding design that separates it from the podium. This means that One Central Park will have its own rock foundation, thus ensuring the integrity of the building.

What’s more, a covered arcade will be provided exclusively for residents that leads to an elevator lobby where they can go up to their units or down to the basement parking levels. This ensures that only bona fide homeowners will be given access to these areas.
