Earth +Style unveils landmark housing project in Laguna

-
Lifestyle property developer Earth+-Style Corp. formally launched last week (July 29) its landmark housing project in Laguna before investors and guests at the Grand Ballroom of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Makati City.

Formally unveiled by company officials led by Victor H. Manarang, and Jacinto Ng Jr., president and chief operating officer respectively of Earth+Style was Jubilation Home Village East, the premier residential community of the Jubilation New Binan.

Jubilation New Binan is a P3.5 billion township development being undertaken by the property developer within a sprawling 154-hectare property in Mamplasan, Biñan, Laguna.

Development of the project will take three to four years including the home villages which will be developed in different phases. Aside from the home villages, the new township will have a community mall, recreational parks, sports & country club facilities, and family leisure amenities.

Considered as the most upscale among the home villages, Jubilation East will target the upper middle-income market with house & lot packages tagged at P2 million to P6 million each. The lot sizes range from 195 sqm to 308 sqm which is relatively bigger than the other home villages within the township.

The company’s salesforce is targeting the managers and upwardly mobile professionals with an average monthly income of P95,000 as the immediate market.

Last year, Earth+Style has invested in the construction of Mamplasan access road that directly links the town proper of Binan to the South Luzon Expressway, traversing through the masterplanned township project.

Today, Binan town can be reached via the Mamplasan Exit and the Carmona access road. These two roads both link the project to the South Luzon Expressway. With Mamplasan access road, it will take Binan residents only thirty minutes to reach Makati and 45 minutes to the Ortigas Business District.

"Sales of residential developments in Jubilation New Binan have been brisk. This is living testament that the company’s investment in the construction of the access road to connect SLEX with Binan town proper via Mamplasan Interchange is paying off," said a company statement.

People look at Binan as highly accessible. Our road investments have paid off. We brought the SLEX closer to the township development," said the statement.

Mamplasan is envisioned by property planners as the next urban growth center owing to its proximity to Laguna’s industrial hubs, where more than 200,000 jobs are available. Binan is now home to acclaimed industrial parks such as the Laguna Technopark, the Laguna International Industrial Park and the Mamplasan Development Zone.

Earth+Style did a sterling job in creating and selling homes for the middle-income dwellers. The property firm has been able to capture a substantial share of the middle-income market by offering value-for-money packages.

"The market is very tight but ompanies like Earth+Style are able to perform because we don’t sacrifice on the value. In order to win the market, you don’t have to cheapen the market. Whatever promise we make, we have to deliver," said the statement.

Earth+Style posted a 20 percent growth in sales in the first quarter of 2004 due to its extensive marketing and sales efforts for its middle-income residential projects. It expects its gross sales this year to hit P2 billion, doubling the P1 billion sales it posted last year.
