Century Communities Corp. (CCC), a subsidiary of the Century Properties Group, has recently signed a joint venture agreement with the Manila Jockey Club, Inc. to develop the latters 18-hectare property in the San Lazaro Leisure Park, Carmona, Cavite.
Perched 30 meters above ground, the hillside property, which is only some 16 minutes drive from Makati, overlooks the San Lazaro Leisure Park Asias most modern racetrack and planned Equestrian club. Access is through the Carmona Exit along South Luzon Expressway and along Governors Drive in Carmona.
The project called Canyon Ranch will be a fine gated, guarded residential community with single detached homes ranging from P2.3 million to P12 million ridge homes.
The masterplan development will make use of only 60 percent of the land area, leaving the rest for roads, parks and community centers. According to Century Communities Corp. chairman Jose E.B. Antonio, "We are very excited with the opportunity of developing this unique property which has views, fresh air, and a very interesting rolling topography. Soon we will welcome home buyers in a great location the combines quality and affordability."
Serving the needs of over 650 homes at Canyon Ranch as well as the neighboring communities is a Village Center which will serve as the commercial complex. This multiplex will house numerous establishments. Two of its major anchor tenants are a leading food chain and a popular drug store. There will also be a Clubhouse featuring sports and leisure facilities for exclusive use of Canyon Ranch residents.
Canyon Ranch homes expect to cater to urban professionals, entrepreneurs, young achievers, businessmen, and families from the Central Business Districts of Makati which is just 24 kms. away, and Alabang, as well as from nearby industrial estates. Antonio also points out that since these are house and lot packages, buyers are ensured of a community development. This, he says, will address concerns on numerous subdivisions that remain largely underdeveloped due to lot purchase only, thus leaving house construction to individual buyers.
Canyon Ranch is an ideal place to raise a young family. It can also be a good second home as it is between the Makati CBD and Tagaytay, and other beach destination in Batangas and Cavite.
Canyon Ranch is a unique suburban development that combines the natural charm of a country life with the comforts of modern living. Very close are shopping destinations, world-class gold courses, industrial parks and schools. Among the nearby malls are Alabang Town Center, Festival Mall, Robinsons and SM Dasmariñas. Family recreational spots like the Enchanted Kingdom in Sta. Rosa and the Splash Island in Carmona are short drives away.
Homes at Canyon Ranch are built in classic 2-story Mediterranean style, with various layouts ranging from 2 to 5 bedroom residences. All with view decks giving way to sweeping vistas of Laguna de Bay, Mt. Makiling, Antipolo and the world-class San Lazaro Leisure Park, acclaimed as one of Asias best race sporting facilities today.
