Renowned Architects and interior designers Alice Erfe, Guillermo "Butch" Valdez and Arlen de Guzman brandish their skills by creating one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and one-bedroom loft model units respectively. These three creations are sublime statements to Joya’s novel concept for living spaces.
Located on the ground level of Power Plant Mall, Joya’s one-bedroom model unit is the creation of Erfe and Associates’ Principal Architect Alice Erfe.
Challenged by its modest size, Arch. Erfe made maximum use of the 69 sqm. one-bedroom space. In place of the usual dividers, Arch. Erfe delineates areas by utilizing shelves, providing useful, space-saving built-ins and niches to double the wall space.
The 115sqm two-bedroom unit found inside Rockwell’s Information Center is the brainchild of Architect Guillermo "Butch" Valdez.
Arch. Valdez combines contemporary and traditional designs, using mix-and-match pieces, ranging from a rather large lamp suspended over the dinner table to an ultramodern object d’art table centerpiece.
Rockwell Land custom-built a 58sqm model unit right outside Power Plant Mall to house Architect Arlen de Guzman’s one-bedroom loft.
The drama of the loft starts with fluted glass by the foyer that unveils hints of a silhoutted living room. A full view of the living room reveals a handsomely furbished receiving area with full-height glass wall panels that allow natural light into the room by day and dazzling city lights by night.
