A Post Baccalaureate Diploma Program in "Building Management" is being offered by the University of Makati, College of Technology Management in partnership with the Philippine Association of Building Administrators, Inc. (PABA). It will be conducted thrice a week, Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, 6-9 p.m. at the Colelge of Technology Management Building, J. P. Rizal Extension, West Rembo, Makati City. This professional diploma program is a series of six specialized module courses of 12 sessions per module for a duration of 42 hours each module. It is designed for building administrators/property managers and other allied trade professionals of the building and property management industry in the Philippines, managing, operating, maintaining, supervising, and administering building of commecial, industrial, institutional, educational, recreations, residential, and condominium development projects.

Each participants earn a post baccalaureate diploma upon completion of the six-module course and participants who successfully complete the program are recognized as trade professional of the building and property management industry in the Philippines, and earn the title of "Certified Building Administrator (CBA).
