Rockwell Land Corp. adds another feather to its cap as it announces that. The Manansala Residential Towers is three floors shy of structural completion. The expeditious construction of its twin-tower development is a testimony of its commitment to deliver world-class real estate development.
It was no more than a year ago when The Manansalas groundbreaking took place. To date, construction is on the 39th floor, moving the projects turnover date six months ahead of schedule, from the original target date of Dec. 2005 to June 2005.
The target date of structural completion is on June 15, 2005 or earlier. In the mean- time, the lower floors are currently undergoing finishing touches including a fresh coat of paint, window installations, etc. The simultaneous works on the structure and finishing assure unit owners that they can move into their new homes earlier than anticipated.
The twin tower structures of 38 and 41 floors offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with measurements ranging from a comfortable 58 sqms to a substantial 116 sqms.
Interior designer Guillermo J. Valdez did nothing short of conceptualizing the best designs suited for Manansalas target market: single young professionals, couples with growing families and couples who wish to retire and live a life-long vacation.
