ALI’s cool colors of summer unveiled

The "Cool Colors of Summer" event introduced Ayala Land, Inc.’s townhouse project Montgomery Place and special new offers to prospective buyers last April 18. Several families were treated to a filling lunch, cold desserts, and a bunch of cool activities on the particularly scorching summer day. The Townhall, a 2-story clubhouse serving as the centerpiece of the community, became a busy activity center with games at the swimming pool, as well as ceramic painting for the more artistically inclined at its multi-purpose Social Hall.

A new model unit by renowned interior designer Tina Periquet was also inaugurated during the occasion. Montgomery Place’s attention to space maximization, smart unit design, and careful planning was made further evident with the addition of this model unit, according to Hester See, project development assistant of the endeavor.

"Tina’s unit made use of the townhouse’s expansion area, and creatively installed this additional room on the third floor attic with built-in desks for night study. Coinciding with the model unit inauguration was the presentation of another new promotion. The "Design To Your Taste" promo allows homeowners considerable freedom to make their own customized and individualized interiors. "For selected units under the Design To Your Taste promo, we’ve deliberately omitted some of the finishings to give clients the chance to explore what they want to do with the unit," says See.

The Cash Light payment scheme, See explains, will be most helpful to Montgomery Place purchasers, regardless of their design preferences. "We’ve made arrangements with our partner banks where our buyers will be entitled to a loan that covers 100 percent of the unit’s value. This means that the buyer can own a unit by making just a 20 percent down payment and tailor fitting his monthly amortizations for the 80 percent with the bank. Best of all, the buyer will be entitled to Montgomery Place‘s cash discount which easily translates into big savings."

He adds that the "Cool Colors of Summer" event showed prospective buyers that impressive amenities like the Townhall and pocket parks that are now fully completed. It also sought to make people aware that the one-of-a-kind living environment is a fast-growing community with over 60 families already.
