For many, wielding a paint brush was an uncommon activity but this did not stop them from creating their own personalized tea cups.
Guests and lot owners alike unleashed their artistry while envisioning the Ayala Hillside community. Carved out from the original Capitol Hills Golf Course, the project was designed for homeowners to enjoy the fairway and lakeside vies of Capitol Hills Golf and Country Clubs newly constructed precision golf course as well as of the mountains of Montalban and the views of overlooking Marikina valley.
Market excitement over the property has been heightened by the fact that much of Ayala Hillsides road network and other structures have been completed.
