Cruising the groves with Ayala Land, BMW

In its commitment to developing quality communities in the South, Ayala Land Inc. launches another phase of the nature-friendly Ayala Westgrove Heights. Visitors are invited to experience a special event, as Phase 3B-2 is unveiled after its well-received Phase 5 and Ridgewood phases. Its distinct landscaping theme is dubbed "Magnolia Row", which will utilize various species of trees and shrubs belonging to the plant family.
It will be launched on Feb. 22, through an Ayala Land Inc. marketing event with car sponsor BMW, "Cruising the Grove". During this event, guests will be allowed to cruise in a BMW vehicle around the dream neighborhood of Ayala Westgrove Heights. They will get the privilege to see different scenic spots like the Westgrove Orchard, the Central Park, and other parts being developed, such as this new phase.
As envisioned, Phase 3B-2 will be visually appealing because of the use of natural enhancements, according to Ayala Westgrove Heights master planner, Joel Luna. "The unique feature of this phase is the addition of the Magnolia Row landscaping. This is the only area in Ayala Westgrove Heights where there will be colorful magnolia plants in front of the lots, making it unique and exclusive for the lot owners," he says.
The site is within close promixity to Ayala Westgrove Heights frequented leisure spots like the Central Park and the Westgrove Orchard. Phase 3B-2 will also be walking distance from the village entrance and St. Scholasticas College, as well as from the Westgrove Plaza retail center, which are both currently undergoing construction.
Luna also reveals that it already has a diverse and steadily growing community: "This area is the perfect place for those people who want to build, to move in and to feel a receptive community. It sits on a promontory a natural ridge, that projects eastward towards Laguna Lake and flanked by two converging rivers. The configuration gives several lots in Phase 3B-2 a unique vista of the Bay and of the plains of Laguna below."
