Eastville Cainta holds grand open house

-
Real estate developer Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) recently marked another milestone when it launched the Daphne house model during its Grand Open House event in its Eastville community located along Marcos Highway in Cainta, Rizal.

Combining form and function into one affordable package, the 144 sqm. Daphne is the home of choice for growing families. Its efficient floorplan creates a free-flowing layout, giving one plenty of space and the freedom to expand as the need arises. Home features include three bedrooms, two common T&B, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, a roofdeck, and provisions for a garage and a porch or lanai.

Leading the time capsule rites signaling the construction of the Daphne unit in the community were Lucille Valley (project group head), Greece Pompa (sales team head), John M. Reyna and Reginald Alabe (Business Development). Also present was Engr. Norman Bislumbre (sector head of construction Management Group) as well as the project engineers.

The Daphne is one of the many homes produced under the banner of the Corte Bella division of Filinvest Land, Inc. Masterplanned communities of Corte Bella are located in the center of residential developments. Urban professionals have the advantage of enjoying he metropolitan lifestyle without leaving the city.

Furthermore, as an advantage of having a prime location, the Eastville community can now have a faster way of geting around town, as it is easily accesible via the MRT line, which starts at Santolan station along Marcos Highway. Getting to EDSA Cubao will only take 15 minutes.
