Laguna BelAir III almost sold out

Leading mid-range housing developer empire East Land Holdings Inc. has announced that its Laguna BelAir III township project in Sta. Rosa is now 90 percent sold.

Empire East officials expect Laguna BelAir III to be fully taken up by yearend. The new Laguna BelAir IV, which adds 25 hectares to the sprawling Laguna BelAir township, was recently launched to meet a brisk market demand.

Laguna BelAir has emerged as the most successful community of its kind in Southern Luzon owing to its innovative masterplan, excellent amenities, accessible location and affordable payment terms.
